Applexus Technologies has announced the acquisition of Absoft Limited, a UK-based SAP Implementation and Managed Services company. Financial terms of this deal were not disclosed. This move aims to expand Applexus’ footprint in the UK and Europe, enhancing its capabilities in SAP S/4HANA, Analytics, HCM, and cloud solutions.
Absoft, an SAP partner since 1991, brings expertise in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
The merger will combine Applexus‘ AI-powered platform CeleRITE with Absoft’s DATAMA solution, offering advanced SAP migration services. The integrated entity will serve clients across North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, boasting over 600 staff globally.
Adding Valuable IP Solutions
Sam Mathew, CEO and Founder of Applexus, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, highlighting the strategic growth opportunities and the shared values between the companies. Nittu Thomas, COO of Applexus, noted that the acquisition would enhance their industry and geographic reach while adding valuable IP solutions.
The leadership team from Absoft, led by Founder and Chairman Ian Mechie, will drive the combined entity’s growth in the UK and Europe. Mechie emphasized the benefits for customers, who will gain access to a broader range of services, and for Absoft employees, who will see growth and development opportunities.
