Spamhaus is a globally recognized authority that tracks spam and related threats. A listing on Spamhaus typically means that a particular IP address or domain has been identified as a source of spam, botnet or phishing.

 

(a) The Company strictly prohibits the use of its services for any form of spamming activities.

(b) In the event that a server's IP address is listed on SPAMHAUS database, the Company reserves the right to take immediate action.

(c) Actions may include, but are not limited to, suspension or termination of the affected server or service without refund.

(d) Customers are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the reputation of their servers to prevent inclusion on anti-spam databases.

 

Tor Exit Nodes

You are allowed to operate a Tor Exit, Relay, and Bridge nodes on our servers.

 

Terms of Service for AnonVM.wtf Services

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by MortalSoft Ltd, operating under the domain anonvm.wtf ("Company"). By using our Virtual Private Servers (VPS), web hosting, dedicated servers, and domain registration services ("Services"), you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

  • (b) Web Hosting: Our web hosting services include storage and bandwidth allocation on shared servers to host websites.
  • (c) Dedicated Servers: We offer dedicated server hosting for clients seeking exclusive access to a physical server.
  • (d) Domain Registration: The Company offers domain registration services for the purchase and management of domain names.

3. Account Creation and Security

(a) Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities performed under their account.

(b) The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if there is reason to believe unauthorized access or account misuse has occurred.

4. Payment and Billing

(a) Customers agree to pay all fees associated with the selected Services in a timely manner.

(b) Pricing details and payment terms are outlined on the Website and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Service Availability and Uptime

(a) The Company endeavors to maintain high availability and uptime of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to unforeseen circumstances.

(b) Scheduled maintenance activities will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

(a) Customers must adhere to our AUP, which prohibits activities such as illegal content, spamming, or any actions that could potentially harm the Company's reputation.

(b) Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

(a) The Company will handle customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

(b) Customers are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy for further information.

8. Intellectual Property

(a) The Company retains all rights to its intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material.

(b) Customers are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing Company-owned intellectual property without explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

(a) The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of using our Services.

(b) In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the Services in the preceding six months.

10. Termination

(a) Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with written notice.

(b) Upon termination, the customer is responsible for backing up their data as the Company may delete it after a reasonable period.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of United Kingdom.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Website.
