2. Scope: This policy applies to all customers who have availed themselves of our web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting, and domain hosting services.

3. No Refund Policy: AnonVM (MortalSoft Ltd) operates on the principle of providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated upon activation, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a service has been activated or renewed.

4. Service Activation: Upon activation of any service, whether it be web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting, or domain hosting, the customer acknowledges and agrees that AnonVM (MortalSoft Ltd) has fulfilled its obligation to deliver the service in question. As such, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the service term.

5. Service Termination: In the event of termination of service by the customer or by AnonVM (MortalSoft Ltd) due to violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy, no refunds will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.

6. Non-Transferability: Services provided by AnonVM (MortalSoft Ltd) are non-transferable. Refunds will not be granted for any reason if the customer decides to transfer their service to another provider.

7. Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes or chargebacks initiated by the customer will result in immediate suspension of services. Resolution of such disputes will be handled in accordance with our billing and dispute resolution policies, and no refunds will be provided during the dispute resolution process.

8. Modification of Services: AnonVM (MortalSoft Ltd) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without notice. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for any remaining service term.
